Are you an experienced Demand planner looking for more exposure in Supply planning? Our client is currently seeking a Demand and Supply Planner. This role is responsible for managing the demand and supply planning process for consumables, spare parts and media portfolios. You will play a key role in inventory management, supplier coordination and 3PL oversight, ensuring efficient stock control and timely communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Inventory Management: Overseeing stock levels across multiple locations, including 3PLs, ensuring stock availability and analysing inventory performance.
• Demand Planning: Forecasting supply needs, conducting monthly planning discussions and generating inventory reports.
• Supplier & Logistics Coordination: Managing supplier relationships, purchase orders and logistics to ensure seamless operations.
• Process Ownership: Handling stocktakes, reducing excess materials and improving supply chain processes.
• System Proficiency: Working with ERP systems (SAP) and generating insights for better decision-making.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Communicating critical supply chain updates and working closely with internal teams.

Your Profile:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Demand Planning and exposure to Supply Planning, preferably within a national company.
• Strong supply chain knowledge, with experience in inventory and demand planning.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
• A proactive and adaptable mindset.
