A fantastic opportunity to step into a hands-on Demand Planner role within a growing retail business. You'll play a key part in driving forecast accuracy, product availability, and cross-functional collaboration.

About the Role:
We’re looking for a proactive, confident Demand Planner to backfill a crucial role in the team. You’ll be responsible for owning and refining the forecasting process, ensuring the right products are in the right place at the right time. This is a full-time, onsite role with plenty of room to grow and influence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain demand forecasts using sales data, market trends and promotional insights
• Collaborate with internal teams to align demand planning with supply and business priorities
• Optimise stock availability by analysing inventory performance and customer buying patterns
• Incorporate new products, markdowns and promotional activity into forecasts
• Contribute to process improvements and support upcoming planning system implementation

What We’re Looking For:

• A confident communicator who can engage and influence stakeholders
• Someone with strong analytical capability and a commercial mindset
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous environment where initiative is valued
• Experience in demand planning, supply chain or merchandise planning – FMCG or retail preferred
• A sense of accountability and the ability to connect the dots across the broader business
