We are a busy dental practice located in Hamilton and are now looking for a star Dental Assistant.

We need someone who has a heart for patient service and an eye for detail, ensuring all dental assisting protocols are followed.

We are looking for a team member who exudes a friendly and approachable personality, who has a great attitude and is eager to learn what it takes to deliver a ‘5 star customer experience’. We aim to make every patient feel special every time they interact with our practice.

To make a great first impression with our patients and your colleagues, you’ll need to be immaculately presentable, professional, and prompt.

You will be part of a team, where people are valued for their work and contribution to the practice. A friendly and approachable manner with a ‘can do attitude’ for each task and a unified approach to teamwork is essential.

You must be able to thrive in a fast pace environment where professional development is a focus.

Candidates looking for a change of career or just recently graduated VCE students with no prior experience are highly welcomed.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide chair-side assistance to the dentist during dental procedures.

Perform instrument sterilization to maintain a clean and safe working environment.

Reception duties to ensure a seamless patient experience.

Uphold ethical and professional standards in patient care.

Contribute to the positive and friendly atmosphere of the practice.

Play a vital role in the ongoing growth of Brown Street Dental.

Qualifications:

No formal qualifications are necessary, on the job training will be provided. However, experience as a Dental Assistant will be highly regarded.

Demonstrates strong work ethic through reliability, punctuality, self-motivation and a commitment to high-quality outcomes.
