The Role:
We are seeking a Senior Dental Assistant to support our clinicians and lead by example. This is a hands-on and dynamic role that requires excellent clinical skills, attention to detail, and a genuine passion for patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

Chairside assisting with a variety of dental procedures

Infection control and sterilisation protocols

Stock management and ordering

Mentoring junior staff and assisting with onboarding

Ensuring the smooth daily flow of the clinic

Providing outstanding patient support and communication

About You:

Minimum 3 years’ dental assisting experience

Cert III or IV in Dental Assisting (preferred)

Warm, professional and well-presented

Excellent communication and leadership skills

Strong organisational and time management abilities

Reliable and a proactive team player
