Site/Location: Battery Point, Hobart

About The Role:

Provide leadership and advice on a broad range of WHS matters for Diagnostic Services Pty Ltd

Maintains the HSR network and convene safety committee meetings

Provide reports as required to the Executive

Monitor, develop and implement key initiatives and management plans

Ensures best practice and compliance obligations are met

Development and implementation of risk mitigation strategies

Incident investigation

Promote a philosophy of continuous improvement within a safe and healthy work environment

Located in Hobart (with some intrastate travel as required)

Salary rate $40-$47.50 per hour based on experience

Selection Criteria:

Ability to analyse, report and make recommendations .

Great relationship management, communication and interpersonal skills.

Exceptional time management skills with the ability to prioritise workloads to meet competing deadlines.

A strong focus on detail and problem solving.

A sound working knowledge of legislation, regulations, codes and standards relevant to the industry.

Previous relevant experience and/or qualification in a relevant field will be considered advantageous.

Must be able to live and work in Australia on a permanent basis at the time of application.
