Your Mandate
• Team & Tone – Recruit A-graders, guard the vibe
• Workflow Design – Build systems that reduce errors and flow naturally
• Numbers That Matter – PIP, payroll, accreditation—tight and calm
• GP Lift – Support doctors to finish on time and leave with a clear desk
• Smart Experiments – Pilot AI triage, nurse-led clinics, better ways to care
