About the Role

Due to an internal promotion, we are looking to talk to experienced Leaders & Managers, those already in this type of role and those looking to make their first step into Branch Management, to lead the team at our branch in the thriving Midwest town of Geraldton.

We're looking for a results driven leader, who can mentor, lead and coach the team to achieve even greater results, and look on the business as if it's their own. You'll lead by example, driving machinery sales, service bookings and parts sales. You'll cultivate your own clients, make sales and actively take part in sales demonstrations, field days and sales calls.

Ideally you will have the following:

Demonstrable experience in a role at a similar level, leading a team

Powerful sales ability with experience mentoring, leading and coaching teams to meet sales KPIs

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Customer satisfaction and service, focused.

Excellent computer skills, with knowledge of Microsoft suite

Strong understanding of how a dealership operates

Business acumen, experience with budget achievement

Willingness to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in, "a can do attitude"

Previous exposure to Agricultural and Farming Machinery in a retail or wholesale environment would be advantageous (but not essential) for this position, those with a mechanical background and experience of any brand of machinery are encouraged to apply.
