About the Role

As an Identity and Access Management (IAM) Engineer, you will work closely with architects and business stakeholders to design, implement, and maintain secure IAM solutions. You will contribute to building and optimising a modern platform that protects users and their support networks by addressing complex identity challenges and preventing fraud.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement CIAM solutions using emerging technologies and best practices
• Collaborate with stakeholders to design solutions aligned with business needs
• Optimise CIAM platforms for scalability, performance, and user experience
• Investigate and resolve incidents during rotations in CIAM Operations
• Develop automations and integrations to enhance platform capabilities
• Provide after-hours on-call support as required

Skills & Experience

• Experience developing customised Consumer Identity and Access Management solutions
• Strong ability to design CIAM solutions aligned with business and regulatory needs
• Proven skills in maintaining and troubleshooting CIAM platforms and production incidents
• Hands-on experience with CIAM products like Auth0, Okta, ForgeRock, or Ping
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
• Adaptability to evolving conditions within a newly established CIAM platform

Australian Citizenship & ability to obtain Negative Vetting 1 security clearance is a mandatory requirement for this position.
