Cooling Systems Pty Ltd is a Sydney-based HVACR company delivering premium air conditioning and refrigeration solutions to commercial and residential clients. Our work spans pubs, supermarkets, retail outlets, and high-end homes. We’re growing and seeking a skilled technician to join our team.

Position Overview:

This is a hands-on role for a qualified technician capable of both air conditioning installation and refrigeration installation and service work. Your workload will vary based on demand — some days may involve installing ducted Airconditioning systems, and others may be spent fault-finding a freezer room.

We’re looking for someone who is proactive, takes pride in their work, and can deliver quality independently or as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

Install ducted, split air conditioning systems

Install and service refrigeration system, Coolrooms, Freezer rooms. Underbars and machines.

Read and interpret plans, wiring diagrams, and system specifications

Perform basic electrical connections (if licensed)

Collaborate with apprentices and other technicians

Ensure all installations comply with safety and building codes

Complete job documentation using a job management platform

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years experience in HVAC-R industry

Certificate III in Air-Conditioning and Refrigeration (or currently completing)

Valid ARCTick Licence

White Card

Valid Driver’s Licence

Ability to work across Sydney, including Western suburbs.

Must own hand tools and all required power tools

Strong fault-finding and installation skills

Reliable, punctual, and professional
