About the role

Tilstons Electrical is seeking a passionate and skilled Air Conditioning Tradesman, 4th or 3rd Year Apprentice to join our team in ORANGE!

What you'll be doing

Carry out the installation, servicing and repair of domestic and light commercial air conditioning systems

Diagnose and resolve complex issues with air conditioning and refrigeration systems

Provide exceptional customer service and liaise with clients to understand their needs

Maintain accurate records and documentation of all work undertaken

Ensure compliance with relevant safety standards and regulations

Work collaboratively with the team to deliver high-quality outcomes

What we're looking for

Qualified as an Air Conditioning Tradesman or a 4th or 3rd Year Apprentice in the air conditioning and refrigeration industry

Demonstrated experience in the installation, servicing and repair of a range of air conditioning and refrigeration systems

Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills to identify and resolve complex issues

Strong customer service orientation and the ability to communicate effectively with clients

A commitment to workplace safety and a willingness to adhere to all relevant regulations and standards

A team-oriented approach and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues
