Eurisko is a digital agency that delivers best-practice digital marketing services across SEO, Google Ads, Social Media, and Website Design & Development.

We are a growing, talented team that has doubled in size year on year for the last three years.

To help us continue to deliver great work as we grow, we are looking for a Paid Media Specialist (Google Ads / Meta Ads) to assist with managing our growing list of paid media clients.

This position is flexible and can be either full-time or a part-time arrangement. Full-time working from home three days per week and two days from our Fremantle office.

About the Role.

To be successful, you'll need to show experience across a range of paid media channels and how you have been able to manage and improve client campaigns. You'll be working within a team to deliver on client objectives so you should be comfortable:

Designing and executing lead generation campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and TikTok Ads,

Creating and managing targeted advertising campaigns,

Analyzing lead funnels and identifying opportunities to improve performance,

Implementing A/B landing page testing and creative testing,

Your Skills & Experience

We are looking for someone who can tick most of these boxes:

A few years of experience in a similar role managing Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and TikTok Ads,

With a genuine interest in digital marketing, you are keen to learn more and grow your career,

You are a talker. You have great communication skills and are comfortable dealing with teammates and clients,

Ability to manage stakeholder expectations e.g., clients, colleagues and suppliers,

Familiar with a range of digital services, enough to understand requirements and communicate them with the team,

Well organised, you will need the ability to multitask and maintain control of multiple projects, tasks, and milestones,

An eye for detail, with an ability to test against deliverables, and manage project change requests as they arise,

Capability of working autonomously as well as part of a team,

Additionally, the ideal candidate should be familiar with Google Tools, Slack, Asana, Canva, and SEMRush.
