As an Accredited Exercise Physiologist at Enhanced Living, you will play a key role in supporting clients across the disability and aged care sectors to achieve meaningful, functional outcomes through tailored exercise-based interventions.

You’ll work as part of a highly skilled interdisciplinary team and lead client care through structured case management processes, including the use of our clinical templates and daily case conferencing sessions.

This role offers diversity across clinical settings, including hydrotherapy, neurological rehab, chronic disease management, and functional capacity evaluations. You’ll also contribute to professional education, team development, and continuous quality improvement initiatives.

Your Key Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality assessments and evidence-based interventions, with a focus on neurological rehab, functional capacity, chronic disease, and strength/mobility programs

Lead client care through collaborative case management, working closely with physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and other team members

Facilitate hydrotherapy and land-based programs in our purpose-built facility

Provide education to clients, families, and support teams to promote long-term engagement with movement and rehabilitation

Document outcomes accurately in line with ESSA and NDIS standards using electronic client record systems

Monitor client progress and participate in continuous service improvement discussions

Maximise NDIS, Medicare and private health billing through timely and compliant reporting

Engage in professional development, supervision, and mentorship of junior staff or students as needed

Build strong relationships with clients, referrers, and the wider support network to ensure holistic and effective service delivery
