YOKAI is seeking a skilled administrative support person to assist us in supporting Stolen Generations people.

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-level administrative support to YOKAI operational teams
Attend meetings, take accurate minutes, and manage related documentation
Draft clear, concise documents in line with standards and protocols
Maintain general office organisation and manage supplies/materials efficiently
Scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments and travel arrangements
Maintaining and updating electronic and physical filing systems
Assisting with data entry, document preparation and other general office duties
Supporting special projects and events as needed
Selection Criteria:
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, written and communication skills to deliver excellent customer service. High energy & initiative.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritise and organise work to meet expectations.
• Experience in similar role within an Aboriginal Corporation would be preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver results while working under pressure.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (for example Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word) is required.
• A valid C-Class Australian Driver’s Licence is required.
• A recent, valid, and clear National Police Clearance.
