$32 per hour + relevant award entitlements, overtime + superannuation

About:

Auspring Industries Pty Ltd is seeking a reliable and enthusiastic individual to fill a new position in our team. We are looking for a person who enjoys hands-on work, setting and operating machines. Ideally you will be a physically fit, reliable person who shows attention to detail, has mechanical abilities and enjoys working in a manufacturing environment. Spring-making and Machinery training will be provided.

The successful applicant must have the following attributes:

High level of attention to Work, Health and Safety obligations

Good communicator and a team worker

Read and interpret fabrication drawings.

Experience with CNC machines, the ability to quickly learn how to use metal working machinery and CNC controls.

Current Forklift license is an advantage

Spring making experience will be an advantage

The inherent physical requirements of the position include:

Physically fit

Regularly lifting up to 20kgs,

Repetitive squatting, bending, twisting, working overhead at times

Standing for prolonged periods

Working in a hot environment

Job Description: In this role, you will:

Operate CNC production machinery, including performing manual tasks

Develop new programs, maintain and create tooling

Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Collaborate with your team to ensure timely and efficient production
