About the Role:

We’re seeking a Level 3 Support Engineer with a strong background in Microsoft and network infrastructure, capable of resolving complex escalations and supporting the successful delivery of IT projects.

You'll be the go-to expert for high-level troubleshooting across M365, Azure, networking, and cybersecurity. This is a hands-on role that requires both technical depth and commercial acumen – ideal for someone who enjoys working in fast-paced, service-oriented environments.

Take ownership of complex technical escalations & support major infrastructure projects in a dynamic MSP environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead technical escalations across Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, networking, and security environments

Troubleshoot complex issues, conduct root cause analysis, and document resolutions

Support project delivery including system implementations, cloud migrations, and security rollouts

Work with vendors to resolve advanced technical problems

Maintain internal systems and contribute to automation/scripting improvements (PowerShell, Python)

Perform cybersecurity benchmarking (e.g. Essential Eight, NIST, Secure Score)

Document system changes, configurations, and technical procedures

Skills & Experience Required:

Previous experience in a Level 3 support role within an MSP

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Entra ID

Strong networking skills: routers, firewalls, switches, VPNs, LAN/WAN

Experience with virtualisation (VMware/Hyper-V/Windows Server)

Strong scripting capability (PowerShell or Python)

Experience with EDR/MDR/XDR and cybersecurity tools

Certifications such as Microsoft 365 Certified, Azure Administrator/Architect, CCNA/CCNP highly regarded
