About The Role

As a Senior Systems Engineer, you will take technical ownership of product development at the systems level, collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop innovative new products and sustain existing ones. This role offers the opportunity to lead systems engineering activities, mentor junior engineers, and play a key part in shaping the future of the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead systems-level product development and act as the technical owner.
• Coordinate systems engineering efforts across cross-functional teams.
• Develop and maintain key documentation including design descriptions, specifications, risk plans, and system architecture.
• Drive and support sustaining engineering activities and design change assessments.
• Own and manage product risk documentation including FMEA, hazard analysis, and risk reduction plans.
• Elicit, define, and trace system requirements aligned with user needs and regulatory standards.
• Perform trade-off analyses, develop workflows, and optimise product parameters for performance and reliability.
• Collaborate across engineering, research, and operations teams to deliver compliant, high-quality solutions.

Skills & Experience

• 5+ years’ experience in Systems Engineering or a related role.
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex, multidisciplinary engineering projects.
• Strong documentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Expertise in risk management, requirement management, and system architecture.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related discipline.
