Change Lead | Digital & eCommerce Transformation

Contract Duration: Initial 6-Month Day Rate Contract
Day Rate: $900 - $1,000 inclusive of super
Working Arrangement: Hybrid (3 Days Onsite in Melbourne)

A large Australian organisation is delivering a major digital and eCommerce transformation, moving to a modern integrable platform to drive omnichannel growth.

We are seeking a confident and proactive Change Lead to set up and lead the change function for this complex, multi-year program. You'll have ownership of the end-to-end change strategy and play a pivotal role in preparing the business for new ways of working.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver the change strategy across people, process and tech impact areas.
• Build the change framework – governance, comms, training, engagement, readiness.
• Partner with delivery teams, business stakeholders, and tech leads to embed adoption.
• Develop stakeholder and leadership alignment plans.
• Monitor progress and continuously adapt change interventions.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in leading enterprise-scale change – ideally across digital, eCommerce, or platform initiatives.
• Strong communication, stakeholder engagement and impact assessment skills.
• Comfortable in building change capability from the ground up.
• Able to operate at pace and flex with evolving priorities.

Highly Regarded

• Background in retail, omnichannel, or customer-focused transformations.
• Exposure to offshore or multi-vendor delivery models.
• Experience supporting Agile or product-based delivery environments.
