This is an initial 6 month contract.

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Change Manager to lead the design and delivery of end-to-end change initiatives within lending operations. You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring that change introduced by cross-functional delivery squads is not only well-executed, but genuinely adopted by the business.

Key to your success will be your ability to build trusted relationships with a wide network of partner teams-Lenders, Operations, Enablement, Delivery Partners, and the end user community-while creating and executing change management strategies that resonate with those impacted.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Developing and owning comprehensive change strategies and detailed implementation plans
• Leading stakeholder engagement across diverse business units and delivery streams
• Conducting impact assessments and business readiness evaluations
• Designing and delivering communication, training, and support plans to ensure adoption
• Driving alignment across squads to embed change in ways that are scalable and sustainable
• Partnering closely with key business leaders to embed a culture of change resilience

About You

You will bring:

• Proven experience delivering complex change within banking or financial services
• A proven track record in lending or home loans is essential and should be clearly reflected in your experience
• Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, from frontline teams to senior leadership
• Hands-on experience with organisational change management frameworks and tools
• The ability to work in agile and hybrid delivery models
