About the role:
This is more than a task-driven property management job. You’ll be entrusted with a local portfolio of 160 properties and given the autonomy to manage it your way — backed by systems, support, and a team that believes in doing things properly. Whether it's following through on a maintenance request or delivering clear, kind communication, your ability to deliver great service will be the heart of your day.

What you'll need:

• At least 3 years of property management experience
• Class 2 Licence and car
• PropertyMe, REX, Flkt It Over
• A strong client focus and proactive communication style
• Ability to work independently while being a team player
