Commercial Salesperson – Trade + Shop Support

Brisbane Northside | $30–$40/hour + super | Full-time (Mon–Fri)

We’re a small, fast-paced trade supply business in the irrigation, pumping, and landscape supply space, and we’re on the hunt for a Commercial Salesperson who can do more than just sell.

This role is ideal for someone who’s ready to get their hands dirty now, helping in the shop, quoting, learning the systems, and who’s keen to grow into a long-term client-facing sales role.

What You’ll Be Doing (Day 1 and Beyond):

💼 In the Shop (First 1–2 Months):

Serve walk-in trade clients and assist with finding the right gear

Process quotes and sales using inventory and dispatch systems

Support packing, dispatch, and stock organisation

Learn the flow of irrigation, pumping, and plumbing systems

Solve problems and help clients understand the "why" behind product choices

🚙 In the Field (Future Scope):

Build relationships with trade clients (landscapers, irrigators, plumbers, councils)

Visit job sites to understand challenges and recommend product solutions

Follow up on quotes and commercial opportunities

Represent our brand and knowledge, not just sell products

Who You Are:

You've worked in trade sales, irrigation, plumbing, pumping, or landscaping

You consume information fast and apply it, you're always asking why

You’re hands-on, practical, and willing to pitch in across the business

You notice the details, and care about getting it right

You’re motivated to grow into a commercial role, and you understand that starts with understanding the shop

What’s On Offer:

$30–$40 per hour + super (based on experience and attitude)

Full-time hours, Monday to Friday
