What you’ll bring to the table:

We're looking for someone who hits the ground running with sector insight and sales energy:

• Experience in the Education sector – Ideally in Early Childhood
• Proven recruitment/sales experience – You’re motivated by results
• Strong relationship & communication skills – Clients and candidates trust you
• Self-driven and resilient – You thrive under pressure and in commission-based roles
• Tech-savvy & process-oriented – Familiarity with Bullhorn and automation tools is a plus
• Creative thinker – You find smart, scalable ways to match talent with opportunity
