The role
- Full Time, Fixed Term (up to 12 months)
- Level 5 - $81,999 to $89,521 p.a. (plus 17% superannuation)
- Bathurst or Wagga Wagga
Are you passionate about delivering a high-quality employee experience? Join our dynamic team as an Employee Services Officer, where you will play a crucial role in managing enquiries, resolving issues, and supporting the employee lifecycle. This includes handling employment records, salary and leave administration, and ensuring compliance with the Enterprise Agreement and relevant legislation. You will also contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, enhancing service delivery and supporting business process improvements.
We are looking for an individual to join our established team of HR professionals to deliver high-quality customer service to our staff. Ideally, we need someone with previous experience working in a high administrative processing environment. Candidates with backgrounds as HR Generalists, HR Administrators, HR Coordinators, or recent graduates would be particularly well-suited for this role.

About you
- Proven experience in Human Resources or a related field
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Proficiency in using HR systems and/ or other relevant software
- Ability to handle and work in a confidential work environment
- Strong problem-solving and organisational skills
