The Opportunity

This is a hands-on leadership opportunity working closely with our Service Manager. You’ll lead, support, and guide a team of skilled technicians across a diverse commercial client base, while playing a critical role in both field operations and job quality.

What You’ll Be Doing

Providing technical support and guidance to our team of technicians and apprentices

Overseeing job quality through site audits and reporting

Quoting and estimating for large commercial repairs

Diagnosing and fault-finding of complex HVAC issues in the field, and assisting technicians.

Liaising with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure project success

Working across a range of HVAC systems including VRV, VRF, BMS, and DDC

What You Bring

Trade qualification in HVAC/Refrigeration with at least 5+ years of commercial experience

Proven hands-on expertise with commercial HVAC systems and controls

Strong communication and leadership skills with a proactive mindset

Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
