About the role

As a Refrigeration Service Technician at Chilled Group Services Pty Ltd, you will be responsible for the repair, maintenance, and installation of a variety of commercial refrigeration systems. This is a full-time position based in Sydney and surroundings, where you will be a key member of our skilled team, contributing to the efficient and reliable operation of our clients' refrigeration and air-conditioning equipment.

What you'll be doing

• Diagnose and repair issues with commercial refrigeration systems, including chillers, walk-in coolers, and display cases
• Perform scheduled maintenance on refrigeration equipment
• Maintain detailed records of all service and repair work through our job management software
• Provide excellent customer service and liaise with clients to understand their needs and concerns
• Comply with all relevant safety regulations and best practices

What we're looking for

• Formal qualifications in refrigeration and air conditioning, Certificate III in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Refrigeration Service Technician, preferably in a commercial setting
• Strong technical skills in diagnosing and repairing a wide range of refrigeration equipment
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
• Good communication and customer service skills
• A valid driver's licence where a company vehicle will be provided
• A commitment to safety and the willingness to work in a team environment
