The Role
Working in partnership with the business owners and leadership team, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing marketing initiatives, campaigns and local events showcasing our expertise and all Little Grasshoppers has to offer including our high-quality, play-based learning approach. Initially your focus will be on driving enrolments for our new state of the art Mount Eliza Centre, other key deliverables include:
Content Creation: Planning, creating and scheduling engaging content across all social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and beyond;
Social Media Management: Managing all social media accounts including responding to direct messages, monitoring content, and post scheduling;
Event Coordination: Promoting events, open days, and other ELC activities to boost community engagement;
Reporting & Analysis: Measuring outcomes, delivering reports and presenting to key stakeholders on marketing activities and engagement;
Lead generation; Develop and execute targeted campaigns across multiple channels to attract prospective families, generating quality enquiries for our 5 centres. Assess and qualify incoming leads based on family requirements, childcare needs, and enrolment readiness to maximise conversion opportunities.
Brand Development: Helping bring our brand to life and driving the owner's vision for professional, high standards that separate us from competitors.
About You
This is a pivotal role in the business, so we are looking for a passionate, high-energy person who demonstrates initiative, self-motivation, has strong communication skills and bring a wealth of business acumen. Your skills and experience include;
Highly organised with ability to work independently and as part of a team,
Ability to adapt and problem solve with a 'can do' attitude,
A great sense of humour and friendly, approachable communication style,
qualifications in Marketing, Communications and/or relevant qualification/experience,
At least 2+ years of demonstrated experience in a marketing role, knowledge and experience in a ELC environment is a bonus!,
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills – you know what stops the scroll! Excellent visual content creation skills and exceptional attention to detail,
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, social media management platforms, and Google Analytics,
Experience with SEO/SEM, email marketing campaigns, and website content management, and
Must have valid working rights for Australia.
