As Site Manager, you’ll be responsible for keeping the site running smoothly, leading a small team, and making sure every customer has a positive experience. You’ll take pride in building a strong, reliable team and driving the success of this newly launched operation.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Running day-to-day operations and ensuring the site is operating safely and efficiently
• Leading, mentoring and supporting your team to deliver excellent service
• Helping customers with their transactions and product sorting
• Handling cash and maintaining accurate records
• Managing rosters and ensuring the site is always appropriately staffed
• Identifying ways to improve site performance and processes
• Ensuring all health and safety procedures are followed

What You’ll Bring:

• Previous experience leading a small team in a hands-on, operational role
• A strong customer focus and excellent communication skills
• Physically capable and comfortable working in an active, practical environment
• Confidence with basic computer systems (Excel, Outlook, etc.)
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach with a keen eye for detail
• Background in retail, hospitality, logistics, or similar will be highly regarded
