OUR COMPANY
Powering Australia is on a mission to help Australian clean-tech manufacturers scale their businesses and compete on the world stage.
We are a Federally funded Industry Growth Centre. Our work spans clean-tech manufacturing including: batteries, solar, wind, carbon, industrial decarbonisation, First Nations, transport, transmission and distribution.
THE ROLE
The road to net zero runs through Australia’s critical mineral and battery industries. Better information about the state of our battery and critical minerals industries will help Australia to deliver an outsized contribution to global decarbonisation.
We are building a map of supply relationships across the battery and critical minerals sector. This map will reveal opportunities for trade and investment, help build local supply chains and inform initiatives to build Australia’s industries.
Reporting to the Lead Engineer, the Supply Chain Analyst will create and maintain a supply chain map of Australia’s critical minerals and battery manufacturing ecosystem. In this role, you will curate and structure supply chain information from public, proprietary and direct industry sources. Your analysis of this data will identify gaps, risks, opportunities and areas of strength in these supply chains.
You will be comfortable dealing with complex datasets, have a general familiarity with the industry and the capacity to understand the components that come together to build products across the value chain.
For clarity, this is an analyst role, not a procurement role.
