💰 What's on Offer:

Weekly base retainer

Competitive commission per sale

OTE: $150K–$250K+ per year

Full-time role – stability + upside (including sick & holiday pay)

🎯 What We’re Looking For:

Solar sales experience is a MUST – no exceptions

Proven closer – you should be converting at least 1 in 3 appointments

Self-sufficient operator

Sales hunter mindset – if you're not going for the close, this isn't for you
