Your new role
You will join a close-knit team of highly skilled machinists producing complex, tight-tolerance components using CNC lathes and milling machines. Your responsibilities will include:

- Setting, operating and programming CNC machinery (Mazak, Okuma, and Fanuc-based controls)
- Reading and interpreting detailed technical drawings
- Performing quality checks using precision measuring tools (micrometers, gauges, CMM)
- Working across various materials, including stainless steel, aluminium, and exotic alloys
- Collaborating with engineers and team leaders to refine processes and meet customer specs

What you'll need to succeed

- Trade qualification in Engineering - Mechanical Trade
- Proven CNC machining experience - lathes, mills or both
- Strong ability to work to tight tolerances and follow engineering drawings
- Attention to detail, reliability, and a quality-focused mindset
- A team-oriented approach with good communication skills
