This is an exciting opportunity for a confident and self-motivated paralegal who enjoys running files, taking ownership of processes, and contributing to excellent client service in a fast-paced and collaborative environment. You'll be involved in varied dispute resolution matters, with the autonomy to manage files and liaise directly with clients and third parties.

This opportunity would suit an experienced paralegal with a background in litigation, recoveries, or finance-related matters, who is looking for a supportive team and long-term growth.

The Role

This is a high-volume, hands-on paralegal role in a commercial litigation team working across restructuring, recoveries, and general dispute matters.

Your duties will include:

• Draft legal documents including statements of claim, judgments, writs, notices, and correspondence
• E-file court documents and prepare files for hearings, evictions, settlements, and discharges
• Manage high-volume file administration, including updates, organisation, and clerical support
• Liaise with clients, debtors, and third parties; coordinate process servers and document follow-up
• Identify and escalate high-risk matters, and assist with mortgage-related and security documentation

About You

You will be someone with:

• Prior experience running or supporting litigation or recoveries files
• Strong drafting, organisation, and communication skills
• Confidence liaising directly with clients, debtors, and third parties
• The ability to manage multiple competing deadlines and stay calm under pressure
• A detail-oriented approach with sound judgment and initiative
• A team mindset and willingness to support broader team outcomes
