About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Lights Plus in Shepparton, VIC. This is a full-time position, and you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and contributing to the success of our busy retail store.

What you will be doing

Greeting and assisting customers with a friendly and helpful attitude

Demonstrating product knowledge to help customers find the right solutions for their needs

Processing sales transactions accurately and efficiently

Maintaining a neat, tidy and visually appealing store environment

Restocking shelves and ensuring product availability

Providing feedback and suggestions to improve store operations

Adhering to company policies and procedures

What we are looking for

Previous experience in a customer-facing retail or sales role.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and connect with customers

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities to handle customer inquiries and queries

Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and store

Saturday morning once a fortnight is essential.
