What you'll be doing

Assisting customers with product selection and inquiries

Maintaining store displays and ensuring high standards of visual merchandising

Processing sales transactions and providing a seamless checkout experience

Restocking and organising shelves to keep the store well-presented

Providing excellent customer service and creating a positive shopping environment

Collaborating with the team to achieve sales targets and store objectives

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a retail or customer service role.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanour

Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset

Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

Enthusiasm for providing a high level of customer satisfaction

Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends and public holidays
