We're recruiting for a trusted, Australian-made bedding brand with a strong local presence and a people-first approach. The Thomastown store is a small, welcoming showroom run by a supportive and experienced Store Manager. We're looking for the right person to join the team - someone genuine, grounded, and focused on creating great customer experiences.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a woman who thrives in a calm, low-pressure environment and is looking for meaningful part-time or full-time work in a role that values relationships over retail chaos.

About the Role
Support customers through a thoughtful, consultative sales process
Build trust with a mature, often local customer base
Contribute to a small, respectful, all-female team
Learn a unique product and sales model - full training provided
Commission-based structure with monthly bonuses
Part-time (minimum 3 days) or full-time available
Weekend availability essential (you won't work every weekend, but flexibility is key)
About You
Warm, calm and trustworthy - not pushy, not sales-driven in the traditional sense
A good listener who can guide customers without pressure
Open to learning and growing in a new industry
Retail or sales experience is a bonus, but not required
Honest, grounded, and naturally engaging
Comfortable working in a commission-based role with strong earning potential
Must be available on weekends and live locally for convenience
