This is a Senior Executive Service (SES) fixed term full time appointment of up to five (5) years based at our Albany or Bunbury Campuses

About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for an executive leader to join South Regional TAFE and shape corporate strategy to support the College’s delivery of vocational education and training programs as well as develop strategic partnerships to support the delivery of training workforce development services
The Executive Director Capability and Partnerships leads and is accountable for delivering College capability essential to the support of training, overseeing strategic partnerships, and a culture of quality. This position provides the strategic direction for South Regional TAFE (SR TAFE) support functions including finance, facilities, information systems, planning and reporting, academic quality, marketing, people and culture and work health and safety. The position actively participates as a member of the College Executive Leadership Team, champions the vision and values of the College and contributes to developing, implementing and achieving strategic objectives and outcomes.
