This is a Senior Executive Service (SES) fixed term full time appointment of up to five (5) years based at our Albany or Bunbury Campuses

About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for an executive leader to join South Regional TAFE and lead the College’s delivery of vocational education and training programs while optimising a positive end to end student experience
The Executive Director Training and Student Experience leads a student centred approach to the student journey through application, enrolment, training delivery and support. This position leads the delivery of state skills priorities through provision of training across South Regional TAFE (SRTAFE) regions in alignment with industry and community needs. This position optimises the student experience through the development and implementation of streamlined systems and processes and supporting students to completions through excellent support services. The position actively participates as a member of the College Executive Leadership Team, champions the vision and values of the College and contributes to developing, implementing and achieving strategic objectives and outcomes.
