What you will be doing
Reporting directly to the Director, Election Readiness, this role will be responsible for:
Leading branch-wide collaborative efforts that support the design of procedures and instructional products
Partnering with the Election Readiness senior leadership team to ensure major event strategies in relation to instructional products, are aligned with operational priorities and branch strategies
Fostering an environment of continuous improvement across the Event Strategy and Delivery Branch.
What you will bring to the role
Demonstrated experience in end-to-end project and program management, including budget management, resource allocation, and delivering to critical timeframes.
Strong stakeholder management skills, including the ability to engage, influence, and build trusted relationships with executives, senior leaders, operational teams and subject matter experts to align objectives and drive outcomes.
Ability to multitask and prioritise competing demands in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment.
Strong conceptual and analytical skills, with the ability to crystallise complex concepts, timelines, and requirements into clear instructions and plans for diverse audiences.
Commitment to the VEC's core values and the delivery of accessible, transparent, and high-quality electoral services.
