Your Key Responsibilities

• Product Launch Excellence: Take ownership of product launches across retail and wholesale MIS products, including property schemes and ETFs, ensuring all facets are executed seamlessly.
• Governance Leadership: Develop and implement governance frameworks to fulfil ASIC Design and Distribution Obligations (DDOs) and maintain compliance excellence.
• Portfolio Optimisation: Lead the rationalisation of the product portfolio, streamlining offerings to maximise market impact while meeting regulatory and strategic needs.
• Team Leadership: Mentor and inspire a high-performing team, fostering collaboration and resilience during a period of organisational transformation.

Who We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a skilled leader who thrives in complex, compliance-driven environments and is ready to make an impact.

Ideal candidates will have:

• Product Management Expertise: Senior-level experience managing end-to-end product lifecycles in Managed Investment Schemes or similarly regulated industries.
• Regulatory Acumen: Comprehensive understanding of ASIC regulations, including DDOs, and experience designing governance frameworks.
• Industry Experience: A background in property schemes, unlisted property investments, or ETFs is highly desirable.
• Leadership and Resilience: Proven ability to lead teams during periods of change and deliver measurable results in challenging environments.
• Strategic Vision: An analytical mindset, capable of evaluating priorities across a diverse product pipeline and delivering impactful outcomes.
