WOW Recruitment are working with a dynamic, family-run business with a rich history within the haircare industry who are seeking a Customer Service and Sales Support Assistant to support projects across the business.

An exciting role with variety, the company are experiencing growth and have a creative and innovative approach to the goals they are looking to achieve over the next couple of years. They foster a collaborative environment and are seeking someone who can support primarily with orders and customer service, along with supporting the wider team with ad hoc duties.

This is a dynamic and varied role that blends customer service, order fulfilment, and sales support, making it an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for the beauty industry who is eager to develop a career in Customer service and digital sales.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Handle day to day customer service queries via phone and email
  • Process and track product orders with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Liaise with customers and internal teams to ensure smooth order flow
  • Work closely with the Sales & Education Manager to support wholesale and retail accounts
  • Liaise with distributors and key accounts to share education offerings and gain visibility on their digital assets (websites, newsletters, etc.)
  • Step in to cover sales calls and maintain contact with salons when reps are on leave
  • Support the sales team to hit targets and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Assist in coordinating salon visits and partner relationships as part of your longer-term growth in the team
  • Assist with the annual education calendar rollout across multiple retailer groups and wholesalers
  • Prepare information packs, proposals, and sales material for internal and external stakeholders
  • Research wholesalers, pricing, and digital content to help inform marketing and education campaigns
  • Share insights with internal marketing and education departments

You Have:
1–2 years of experience in a customer service, admin, or sales support role
Background in haird or beauty industry highly regarded
Strong communicator – confident on the phone and in person
Sales-oriented – motivated by outcomes and open to learning the sales process
Looking to grow – this is a great stepping stone into a sales or digital sales career
Social media savvy – basic content creation or familiarity with platforms like TikTok, Canva, and Adobe is a plus
Tech-savvy – experience with CRM systems, AI tools, cloud-based platforms (Google Drive, OneDrive)
Accountable and detail-focused – you close the loop and own your responsibilities
