East Fremantle Yacht Club is situated in a prime location on the banks of the Swan River. The club operates hospitality facilities including the clubhouse restaurant and bar for our members and a large function room available to both members and the general public.
Reporting to the General Manager, the Food and Beverage Manager at East Fremantle Yacht Club is responsible for managing our entire hospitality offering to deliver a top quality amenity for our members and guests.
Specifically the successful candidate will be accountable for service standards, the usual benchmarks of labour cost and cost of sale for both food and beverage, safety and security of staff, patrons and the venue. They will be able to demonstrate experience and qualifications in managing people, driving constant improvement and thrive on building relations with our members.
