We’re looking for an experienced Venue Manager and professional Duty Managers to help launch and lead this exciting new venue.

Venue Manager (Full-Time)

Duty Managers (Full-Time / Part-Time)

About the Roles:

Venue Manager:
Take the lead in setting up and managing a premium venue. You’ll be responsible for building and leading a high-performing team, ensuring smooth daily operations, managing stock and suppliers, and delivering an exceptional guest experience.

Duty Managers:
Support the Venue Manager, lead shifts, maintain premium service standards, manage floor and bar teams, and ensure seamless day-to-day operations.

We’re Looking For:

Strong leadership experience in premium venues (essential for Venue Manager).

Solid food and beverage knowledge.

RSA certification.

Passion for outstanding customer service and attention to detail.

Ability to work nights, weekends, and public holidays.
