We're Hiring – Experienced Excavator Operator (Civil Construction)

Location: South West WA

Hours: Monday to Friday, 10 hours/day

Pay Rate: $40–$50 per hour (based on experience)

About the Role

You'll be operating excavators on subdivision sites, primarily digging drainage trenches for underground services and assisting with general civil works. This is a hands-on role requiring precision, reliability and safety focus.

What You’ll Need

✔ Proven experience operating excavators on civil or subdivision sites

✔ Strong skills in trenching and working around services

✔ White Card (Construction Induction Card)

✔ Ability to pass a Drug & Alcohol Screen (DAS)

✔ Good attitude, work ethic, and reliability
