About the role
Allday Siteworks is seeking an experienced and talented final trim Operator (Excavator, Posi) to join our growing team in Gnangara.
Tasks will include, but are not limited to the following:
Carry out pre-start checks and paperwork daily (on phone App)
Read & interpret plans, use of laser levels & site set-out
Commercial and high-end residential site works including pad preps, backfills, detailed basement excavation
Projects including car parks, unit developments, and apartment earthworks
Work closely with the team on larger projects with excellent communication

To succeed in this role, you must meet the following requirements:
Current and valid driver's license (HR or above preferred)
Minimum 3 years' experience operating excavators, bobcats
Relevant machine tickets and white card
Ability to final trim, read plans and set out
Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining late-model equipment in top condition
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol test

In 2012 the business changed its name to Allday Construction WA Pty Ltd to align with the vision of expansion into a leading WA civil earthworks company. Chris is now focused on managing a team of highly skilled operators and to ensure the same level of quality service is maintained as the company grows.
