ARC Justice is one of the largest community legal and housing advocacy organisations in regional Victoria. Every day, our team helps people solve tough legal and housing problems, stand up for their rights and push for fairer systems.

We’re looking for a Director of Operations to join our executive team and lead the critical functions that enable our service excellence – finance, people and culture, IT and facilities. In this newly created role, you’ll turn strategy into action, support our dedicated staff and shape how we grow our impact right across the region.
