We’re excited to offer a new opportunity for a Warranty Administrator to join our Service Department, working across our Preston and South Morang dealerships.
About the Role
This position plays a pivotal role in the smooth functioning of our Service Department. While previous experience is preferred, full training will be provided to the right candidate.
What You'll Be Responsible For:
End-to-end processing of warranty claims in compliance with manufacturer requirements
Submitting and tracking claims, following up on outstanding approvals, and maintaining accurate records
Auditing repair orders and liaising with Service Advisors, Technicians, and the Workshop Foreman to confirm documentation accuracy
Keeping the service team trained and informed on warranty procedures, processes, and documentation.
Maintaining monthly claim reconciliations
Costing repair orders and assisting Advisors with costing needs
Managing Work in Progress reports
Coordinating parts orders and returning parts per manufacturer requests
Supporting the department with ad-hoc duties as required by management
What You’ll Bring
Prior experience in automotive warranty administration (advantageous but not essential)
Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping
Strong communication skills—both written and verbal
Effective time management and problem-solving abilities
Confidence working independently and within a team
