Payroll Officer (Part-Time) – Permanent Role 📍 Location: South Brisbane (5-min walk to South Bank Station)
💼 Salary: $88K package (FTE) + 5% STI
🕒 Hours: 22.5 hrs/week (3 days) – flexible

Key Details:

• Permanent part-time position in a boutique, modern office with great benefits and WFH flexibility - only expected in office 1 day per week
  
  
• Supportive team, not a stand-alone role – you’ll work closely with finance and People & Culture
  
  
• Payroll for 215 staff (Australian experience essential)
  
  
• Systems: TechnologyOne is system used but not essential to have experience - experience wanted in MYOB or SAP transfers well
  
  
• Payroll runs fortnightly – Monday to Wednesday required on those weeks
  
  
• Non-payroll weeks are flexible depending on business needs
  
  
• Post-training: may only need to be in office once per fortnight
  
  

Who They’re Looking For:

• 2+ years’ payroll experience (3+ ideal, but strong 2+ is fine)
  
  
• Great communication skills, proactive and reliable
  
  
• Detail-focused, good with numbers and reporting
  
  
• Culture fit is key – someone who works well in a close-knit team
