At Project Station, we have the privilege of working with some of the most iconic brands and businesses in Australia. We are a collaboration of Retail Popup and set builders, exhibition stand builders, exhibition stand designers, shop fitters, carpenters, cabinet makers & installers.

Project Station is currently seeking an exceptional Cabinet Maker looking for a dynamic and diverse role to join our team, Project Station has a casual yet professional environment.

TASKS:

Measure, cut, shape and join materials to create custom furniture and cabinetry.

Read shop drawings and plans and blueprints to ensure accurate production of pieces

Complete all jobs at a high level of quality

Sand, finish and polish completed pieces to a high standard.

Assemble parts, Install hardware and other functional components as required .

Maintain a safe and organized workshop environment.

Working in a factory and site installations

Run a job onsite and manage a team

Use of panel saws, drop saws, edge banding machines and other general tools

Working with hardwood, timber veneer and laminate products

Solid timber construction

Manufacturing exhibition stand components

Custom joinery

Cabinetry

Manufacturing and assembly of cabinets and hardware

Shop fitting

Laminating and edge banding

Skills:

Working in a team on some awesome projects

Able to read plans

Able to work alone and in a team

Experience working with panel saws, drop saws, edge banding machines and general tools

Experience working with hardwood, timber veneer and laminate products as well as sheet materials

Installation onsite

You will be required to assemble cabinets and joinery items and use factory machinery. You will be able to take on projects, read plans and manage builds.

Must be trade qualified

Salary starting at $76,515.00 + depending on experience.
