The Role

As a Senior Cabinet Maker, you'll:

Take a lead role in assembly and machine operations

Work on detailed custom joinery, with a focus on precision and finish

Help drive production output in a high-quality workshop setting

Be flexible across various tasks, including hands-on support of machine operators

Fit in seamlessly with a mature, experienced trades team

What We're Looking For

5+ years post-trade experience in cabinet making

Confident with woodworking machinery and interpreting plans

Reliable, team-focused, and quality-driven

Detail-oriented with high standards of workmanship

Comfortable working in a steady-paced, senior-friendly workshop
