Our client is a high performing, residential Real Estate agency, based in the Eastern Suburbs. They are a fun and energetic team, led by down to Earth Director's. They are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Senior Property Manager to lead their growing PM department.
About the position:

• Maintaining a portfolio of 150 properties
• Communicating effectively with landlords and tenants
• Ensure Repairs & Maintenance are completed
• Rent reviews and lease renewals
• Manage rent arrears

The Ideal Candidate:

• Minimum 3 years experience in Property Management
• Certificate of Registration or Real Estate License
• Well-presented and articulate
• Highly organised and customer service orientated
• Must have a drivers license and own car
