The Opportunity: Assistant Educator

• Schedule: Monday – Friday, 5 days per week
• Location: West Morayfield
• Hours: Up to 38 hours with flexibility

Your Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the care and education of children through supervision and engagement
• Prioritize children’s health and safety.
• Engage in joyful, educational activities, inspiring a love for learning.
• Build strong relationships with families and fellow educators.
• Hygiene and cleaning practices, nappies, mopping and tidy up

Qualifications:

• Sense of humour, strong work ethic, and reliability.
• A certificate 3 in Early Childhood Education or actively pursuing one.
• Current Qld Blue Card.
• Passion for promoting a healthy lifestyle and good nutrition for children.

About Us:West Morayfield Early Education Centre is located on Grant Road and cares for up to 97 children per day. We offer a many programs including bush kindy and music programs and incorporate Aboriginal perspectives into our every day learning. We also have a strong sustainability focus in our centre.
