About Us:
At Avenues Parkinson we offer more than just education – we offer children the chance to explore, grow, and connect with the world around them in a way that is real, respectful, and rooted in sustainability. We are 200-place service educating children from 6 weeks to 6 years, across 10 rooms.
Our natural outdoor spaces are an extension of our classrooms. Children learn through gardening, exploring, and engaging with the environment around them. We foster deep connections with our environments by involving children's learning in composting, water conservation, recycling, and caring for our vegetable and bush tucker gardens. They experience the full cycle of growing, harvesting, and tasting fresh produce.
Our friendly centre chickens are a beloved part of the community. Children learn empathy, responsibility, and the importance of caring for living animals.
We embrace child-led, open-ended play that encourages problem-solving, creativity, resilience, and confidence.
If our Centre resonates with your pedagogical practices, we would love to hear from you.

About Avenues Early Learning Centre
The Avenues Group of Centres is family owned and operated. We have been providing quality care and education since 2003. Each centre in the group has its own unique character and offers services that reflect the local communities in which they are located. Our centres are licensed by the State Department of Education, Office for Early Childhood Education and Care and are accredited through an assessment rating system which is governed by the Australian Children’s Education and Care Quality Authority ( ACECQA). Some of our centres are yet to be rated in the new assessment rating system, however, have all received the highest rating under the previous governing body known as the National Childcare Accreditation Council.
We believe it is important to promote trust and partnerships between children, staff and parents. Program planning is regarded as a shared process and members of each child’s family are encouraged to participate in their child’s program.
The Avenues Group is committed to providing inclusive environments for children and families. Underpinning this value is our fundamental belief that each child is unique, bringing to the environment a unique set of capabilities and pre-dispositions. Our aim is to foster within each child awareness and acceptance of others so that they attach positive feelings to the diversity of people.
